What do we do with the data

Legitimate purposes mean that processing data is necessary to provide a high level of customer service.

Credit rating agencies: Your personal information may be shared with credit rating agencies and other background information providers. The reasons we do this are: to assess your creditworthiness in connection with the application process, to confirm your identity and to comply with legal requirements.

Third-party providers: We may transfer or share your information with selected third parties. We will then take all reasonable legal and technical measures to ensure that your information remains protected and transferred securely. In addition, in the event that Qeld either buys or sells assets, we may disclose personal information to third parties.

Government body: We have a legal responsibility to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. Where it is necessary to comply with these legal obligations, Qeld may share personal information with certain government bodies (e.g. the police, tax authorities or other authorities).

Marketing and Communication: We may also use your contact information to communicate with you. Where do we store your data? We try to process your data within the EU/EEA region.
