What documents are required for a PLUS application?

To properly assess your application, we need the following documents:

Insight into bank statements for the past 6 months

This can be done in two ways:

- By uploading an MT940 file

- Or by linking your bank account so that our reviewers have immediate access.

Most recent financial statements

If this year's financial statements are not yet available, a column balance sheet or an overview from your accounting package may also be provided.

Most recent income tax return

If applicable: Information about co-directors/shareholders

We would like to receive insight into who is involved in the company that makes the request.

When submitting your request, you can add additional information by choosing the option to boost the request.
